Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. luckyph will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
You agree to notify luckyph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. luckyph reserves the right to suspend any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised.
luckyph is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with luckyph's KYC procedures, which may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
luckyph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luckyph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
luckyph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luckyph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The luckyph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. luckyph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
luckyph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the luckyph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
luckyph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and luckyph cannot guarantee absolute data security.
luckyph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
